Comprehensive family care, for every age and stage.
Dr. S.P. Singh, MD, FCFP, is a family physician and Fellow of the College of Family Physicians of Canada. He holds a faculty appointment as Assistant Clinical Professor at the Toronto Metropolitan University School of Medicine in Brampton, and cares for families across the community — from newborns to seniors.
Our clinic focuses on continuity of care: seeing you over time, knowing your history, and supporting your whole family under one roof. Most visits are covered by OHIP, and our team speaks English, Punjabi, Hindi, and Urdu.

A teaching practice
As part of Dr. Singh's role with the Toronto Metropolitan University School of Medicine, our clinic helps train the next generation of physicians. You may meet a medical student or resident doctor during your visit — they work under Dr. Singh's direct supervision.
Your care and comfort always come first. If you'd prefer to be seen by the physician alone, just let our front desk know — that's completely okay.

When you come in
Not sure what to do when you arrive? Find your situation below — there are three simple paths.
Have an appointment?
When you arrive for a booked appointment, check in at our self-serve kiosk by the entrance. Just follow the on-screen steps and you'll be added to the queue automatically.
New to the kiosk or need a hand? Our front desk is always happy to help.
Minor walk-in?
Our registered patients can walk in for these quick, minor reasons — please see the front desk when you arrive. Calling ahead is best, so we can tell you the best time to come:
- B12 injections
- Allergy injections
- Vaccination updates (adolescents & adults)
- Pregnancy tests
- Suspected urinary tract infections (UTIs)
Need to be seen today?
Feeling unwell today? Call or send us a secure message, and our team will do their best to fit you in for a same-day appointment, usually between 4:00 – 5:00 PM. Reaching out early in the day gives you the best chance of a spot.
Please note: Minor walk-in and same-day visits are available only to patients registered with our clinic, and are offered at the clinic's discretion — subject to physician and staff availability, as the schedule allows, and during regular business hours only. Availability is not guaranteed and wait times may apply. These visits are intended for minor, non-urgent concerns. If you are experiencing a medical emergency or a potentially serious condition, do not wait — call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department.
Looking for a family doctor?
We welcome new patients when spots are available. To request enrollment, please complete our short waitlist form below — our team will review it and reach out to you. Online booking is reserved for registered patients.
